| i don't know how frequently i will write here. but am back here after a really long time. feel like i have traveled around the world and come back home.
also i have accepted that this world is filled with fools and any effort to make it a better place is a foolish endeavor. fools though are necessary, their presence creates employment opportunities.

| hey there!
i am a cat,
and i am trapped
inside this plastic bag
its going to eat me
thankfully, it does not have any teeth
i have no idea how to get out of this
i know you will be finding this funny
or cute at the least
and feeling all amused about
my adventures with this plastic bag
but i don’t see why u are so amused
at a poor cat’s plight
particularly as u have the power
to remove me out of it
you humans they say -
are bestowed with the power of thinking
which is further evolved into logic
yet you sit there -
giggling like a dumb elephant
i am a Hindu
and in my next life - the tenth,
i will become a plastic bag
and eat you up
and all cats will stretch and enjoy the show
we won’t laugh or giggle or even smile
we are too royal for all that
sincerely,
moona
ps: we also prefer small letters

| You may be wondering what I am talking about. I am not talking about the destitute prostitue. But I liked the line coz it evoked the thoughts that Manto would evoke in me, when I would read his stories on the lives of prostitutes. Manto argued that the prostitute is a victim of the society's eternal lust and of her own hunger, she probably does not offer sexual intercourse coz she enjoys it and thinks she might as well make some money of it.
I do not know if times have changed and if there are men and women who enter prostitution on their own volition and also cause it is a good source of money.
Read this article, the title of this post is the last line of the article and it may make you wonder about the creatures aspirations.
